Prayagraj Maha Kumbh 2025 will be the grandest ever to date: Yogi Adityanath

Kurukshetra: Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath has pledged to make the Prayagraj Maha Kumbh 2025 the most spectacular celebration in history. This global spiritual gathering, set to take place from January 13 to February 26, 2025, will bring together esteemed saints and devotees worldwide.

Addressing a gathering at Pehowa’s Dera Siddh Baba Garibnath Math, Yogi Adityanath emphasized the importance of upholding righteousness and combating harmful forces. He highlighted the dual objectives of Abhudaya (worldly progress) and Nishreyas (spiritual fulfillment), stressing that selfless contributions to society are vital for spiritual growth.

The Chief Minister praised Haryana’s electoral wisdom and commended Mahant Shernath’s efforts in revitalizing sacred sites. He underscored the collective responsibility to preserve India’s rivers, particularly the Saraswati River.

Yogi Adityanath clarified that true spirituality integrates societal engagement, citing Adi Shankaracharya’s pan-India spiritual centers. He expressed confidence in India’s emergence as a developed nation and global superpower by 2047, harmoniously blending heritage and development.

Attended by Haryana Chief Minister Naib Singh Saini, prominent saints, and devotees, the event saw Yogi Adityanath extend Diwali wishes to Haryana, reaffirming the double-engine BJP government’s commitment to safeguarding Sanatan Dharma’s sacred sites.
