India and US National Security Advisers Hold Telephone Conversation

New Delhi: National Security Adviser (NSA) Ajit Doval held a telephone conversation with his US counterpart, Jake Sullivan, on July 12, 2024. The discussion covered a wide range of bilateral, regional, and international issues, as well as upcoming high-level engagements under the Quad framework scheduled for July 2024 and later in the year.

During the conversation, both NSAs agreed to work closely to further advance India-US relations, which are built on shared values and common strategic and security interests. They emphasized the need to collaborate to address global challenges to peace and security and expand the Comprehensive Global Strategic Partnership between the two nations.

This telephone conversation highlights the strong partnership between India and the US, as they continue to work together on various issues of mutual concern. The upcoming Quad framework engagements will further strengthen their cooperation and enhance their collective response to global challenges.
