DigiPivot 5.0: Empowering Women to Pivot Their Careers in Digital Marketing

Chennai: The latest edition of DigiPivot, a free skill development initiative by Avtar Group, Google India, and the Centre for Executive Education at Indian School of Business, has expanded its reach by doubling its cohort size to 400 participants. As per Press release from Avatar Group, this significant increase with 67% of women from previous editions successfully pivoting their careers.

DigiPivot 5.0 aims to empower women in the digital marketing space, providing them with the skills and knowledge necessary to succeed in this in-demand field. The program is open to women with varying levels of work experience, from one to 18 years, as well as those who are differently-abled, on career breaks, or in their entrepreneurial journeys.

Dr. Saundarya Rajesh, Founder-President of Avtar Group, emphasized the importance of career pivots for women, citing research that shows 45% of women on career breaks are open to exploring new careers, and over 70% of women on uninterrupted career paths are seeking pivotal transitions to add meaning and purpose to their careers.

As per information provided by DigiPivot 5.0, women can gain the skills and confidence to pivot their careers in digital marketing, a field that offers flexibility, high earning possibilities, and global opportunities. Hindustan Unilever Limited has joined hands as the industry partner, providing industry-specific insights and mentorship to the cohort.
