Dassault Aviation Strengthens Indian Presence with Dedicated Military MRO Company

Saint-Cloud, France: Dassault Aviation has announced the establishment of Dassault Aviation MRO India (DAMROI), a subsidiary dedicated to military maintenance, repair, and overhaul (MRO) activities in India.
Located in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, DAMROI will provide tailored support to the Indian Air Force’s Mirage 2000 fleet and other Dassault Aviation-supplied fighter aircraft, ensuring optimal responsiveness and efficiency.
This strategic move aligns with India’s “Atmanirbhar Bharat” policy, promoting self-reliance and indigenous value-added services. DAMROI will leverage Dassault Aviation’s technological expertise to contribute to India’s growing aerospace ecosystem.
In line with the “Make in India” policy, Dassault Aviation reinforces its commitment to India’s growth as a major international aerospace supplier. The company’s dedication to the “Skill India” initiative through training and education programs will further enhance the country’s aerospace capabilities.
With over 10,000 military and civil aircraft delivered globally, Dassault Aviation’s expertise spans design, development, sale, and support of various aircraft, including Rafale fighters, Falcon business jets, military drones, and space systems. In 2023, the company reported revenues of €4.8 billion and employs 13,500 people worldwide.
