Uttar Pradesh Cabinet Gathers in Prayagraj for Special Meeting

Lucknow:;Uttar Pradesh Cabinet, led by Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath, will convene in Prayagraj on January 22 for a special meeting. The gathering will be attended by all 54 ministers of the state cabinet, who will discuss and approve key proposals and schemes for the state’s development.

Following the meeting, Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath, along with his entire cabinet, will take a holy dip in the sacred waters of the Triveni Sangam. This symbolic gesture is meant to signify the government’s commitment to the state’s spiritual and cultural heritage.

The special cabinet meeting will be held at the Triveni Sankul in Arail, commencing at 12 noon. The venue was carefully chosen to avoid any inconvenience to pilgrims visiting the Sangam. After the meeting, the ministers will travel to the Sangam by motorboats, where they will perform worship rituals and take the holy dip.

Deputy Chief Ministers Keshav Prasad Maurya and Brajesh Pathak, along with several Cabinet Ministers, including Suresh Kumar Khanna, Surya Pratap Shahi, and Swatantra Dev Singh, will attend the meeting and participate in the holy dip ceremony.

This event underscores the Yogi government’s focus on the state’s development and its commitment to upholding the state’s spiritual and cultural traditions.
